How do you ship the products?
All pillows are shipped via Fed Ex Ground or Home Delivery. If you live on the East Coast, this can take 1-3 days. If you live on the West Coast, it can take up to 5 days. If you are interested in Overnight Shipping, please email us.
All Totes, Coin Purses, and Wristlets are shipped in padded envelopes via USPS Priority, with delivery confirmations, for $8.00.
When a non-pillow item is shipped with a pillow, the shipping cost is that of a pillow.
Do you ship internationally? How much does it cost and how long does it take?
All pillows are shipped via USPS, with either First Class Shipping ($15) , which does not come with a tracking number and can take anywhere from a week to many weeks to arrive, or USPS Express, which usually takes about a week and comes with a tracking number.
Any purses shipped without a pillow will either be shipped USPS Priority for $15, or USPS Express with a tracking number for $40.
How long will it take to get my stuff?
Due to the high volume of orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. If you need yours sooner, you can opt for the Rush Option at check out for an extra $15, which will bump your product up in line and get it out around a week faster. We ship US orders via Fed Ex Ground or Fedex Home Delivery, which can take about a day to get to locations such as New York City, and elsewhere that is close to DC, and as much as 5 days to get to the West Coast. All international orders are shipped using USPS International Express Shipping, which usually takes around a week to get to your country. Both domestic and international orders come with a tracking number so you can watch the progress of your order as it takes it life changing journey to its new home! You will be emailed said tracking number, along with the shipping service used, when the order is sent out.
I don't use Instagram, can I still get an item made?
No, as of now you can only use photos that are on Instagram. If you have a Droid or an iPhone, you can download Instagram for free here. Once you have it on your phone you can use the photos you already have by uploading them to Instagram and coming back to our site.
Can I get an item shipped to me in two days?
We're sorry, but no. The printing process takes time, as does hand making your item, so please understand that there is a turnaround time!
I got my order but decided I don't like the photos I chose, can I get a refund or switch it for another?
Unfortunately, no. Since each product is custom made, we do not offer refunds. Please be sure of your photo selection before placing your order! We are also not responsible for photos that don't translate well to fabric- anything very bright and white might just look bright and white on the product (i.e very very very light blue sky with very very bright white clouds= white). Similarly, anything very dark on a dark background might not come out as clearly as you want either. We would love to offer design advice should you have questions about a specific photo!
Are the inserts soft?
So very soft and comfortable.
Can I wash them? How?
We recommend merely spot cleaning with a damp cloth, but should a bigger mess happen, it is advised to wash the products in cold water with phosphate free detergent, and tumble dry low or air dry.
I have SO MANY MORE QUESTIONS.
Email us! We are so very friendly, and either Doug or Rachel will get back to you as soon as possible!
Do you have a press kit or other high resolution photos?
Yes! Email us and you shall receive.
Where are your products made?
In the United States of America. The inserts are made in Miami, the fabric is printed in North Carolina, and the cases are sewn by hand in Washington, DC, where they are also packaged and shipped in Rachel's own (rather small and smoke free) apartment. The internet portions of Stitchtagram are made in New York City by Doug.
